Generated reports are delivered to your registered email address within 24-48 hours of successful payment.
Since our products are digital goods (PDF files) that cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once the report has been generated and sent.
However, if you do not receive your report due to a technical error, please contact support@destinyprime.com, and we will send your report or issue a full refund if delivery is impossible.
